• Share just enough for us to appreciate you & understand you - the superpowers you gain as you progress will shape you and help you face your problems
• Be vivid with the imagery so we get to feel what you’re feeling at the moment
• Instead of trying to relate to your listeners; focus on what you want to tell yourself

So did “traditional" holidays - again, often skewed towards the prevailing religion of an area (so not all positive, but not all negative either). There's a lot to be said for showing up at a community ritual on a regular basis... especially when you don't feel like it (is sometimes when it helps you the most / as opposed to self-isolating and falling into depression)
